Sean and his team bring nearly 40 years of farming and butchering experience to every interaction. We know our customers by name, we know where our meat comes from, and we take pride in making sure you leave with exactly what you need — plus a few tips on how to cook it just right.

What Sets Us Apart

Our beef and lamb are hand-selected from trusted Clare farms and finished on our family land in Kilkee. Cattle graze freely on clover-rich pastures overlooking the Atlantic and are processed in our own EU-certified abattoir for full traceability. We specialise in heritage breeds like Hereford and Angus, with all beef dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days to enhance tenderness and flavour. Pork and chicken are also available, with every cut prepared in-house by our experienced butchers.

We offer next-day nationwide delivery using Chilltek insulated boxes and Sorba Freeze gel packs to keep your order below 5°C. Every cut is vacuum sealed, so the quality you’d expect from our counter arrives just as fresh in your kitchen.
